All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Services

4.3 Revision and Change Policy

Revision & Change Policy

We are committed to delivering high-quality services tailored to the needs of our clients. To ensure clarity and fairness, please review our revision and change policy below:

Inclusion of Revisions

Unless otherwise specified in the service agreement, each project includes up to BASIC rounds of revisions at no additional cost.

A “revision” is defined as a reasonable adjustment or modification to the existing work, based on client feedback, without changing the original agreed-upon scope.

Additional Revisions

Any revisions requested beyond the included rounds will be subject to an additional fee, which will be communicated and agreed upon before work begins.

Scope Changes

Requests that significantly alter the project’s original scope (e.g., adding new features, creating additional designs, or shifting marketing strategies) will be considered a change order and may require a new proposal, timeline, and pricing.

Timeline Adjustments

Revisions and changes may impact the agreed delivery timeline. Clients will be informed of any delays resulting from revision requests.

Exclusions

Revisions do not include completely new concepts, major structural changes, or requests outside the original service agreement.

Once a project has been finalized and approved by the client, any new requests will be treated as a new project and billed accordingly.

Company Rights

We reserve the right to decline excessive or unreasonable revision requests that fall outside the agreed service terms.
